City of Kerrville announces order of candidates for upcoming May election

On February 22, a drawing was held at Kerrville City Hall to determine the order of names as they will appear on the ballot in the upcoming May 1, 2021 Kerrville City Council elections.

After new City of Kerrville Police Officer Juan Acosta drew the candidates’ names from a jar, City Secretary Shelley McElhannon announced the order of names on the election ballots:

PLACE ONE: Mary Ellen Summerlin; Roman Garcia

PLACE TWO: Kim Clarkson; (unopposed candidate)
