Peterson Health offering Johnson and Johnson vaccines during on-site clinics

Peterson Health will be offering five opportunities for the public to receive the Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccine during scheduled on-site clinics. Pre-registration is required and can be done by calling (830) 258-7373, between the hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday, and selecting Option 2.

Vaccines will be given between 1:00-3:00 p.m. on the following dates: Tuesday, June8; Thursday, June 10; Tuesday, June 15; Thursday, June 17; Tuesday, June 22.

The vaccines will be administered at the main hospital, Peterson Regional Medical Center, 551 Hill Country Drive, and registered participants are asked to arrive at the main entrance. Masks will be required while in the hospital building.

“We are proud to continue to meet the needs of the community and look forward to utilizing the allotment of Johnson and Johnson vaccines we have received. We realize there are community members who are interested in this one-dose vaccine and we are pleased that Peterson Health has an ample supply to administer,” said Tracy Davis, VP of Population Health.
