The Kerrville City Council chamber will soon be looking much more festive with the help of area kids’ holiday artwork. The City is asking for local children to color and decorate pictures to be put on display in the city council chamber until the New Year for all to enjoy.

Interested artists are asked to print off one of the attached coloring sheets or pick up a coloring sheet at the utility billing office at city hall. The seasonal sketches include a snowman, a Christmas tree, an ornament, a wreath and St. Nick, himself.

All art work must be dropped off at the city hall drive-through or drop box at 701 Main Street by Friday, December 3. Also on December 3, from 3-5 p.m. at city hall, there will be cookies and hot chocolate available to kick off the Christmas season.
