The Kerrville Dog Park located at Lehman-Monroe Park, 200 Park Lane, will be closed beginning Monday, January 3, for maintenance. This scheduled closure is expected to last approximately two weeks.
During these two weeks, the Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department will be turning ballfields No. 2 and 3 at Singing Wind Park, 2112 Singing Wind Drive, into a temporary dog park. All visitors are expected to abide by the normal dog park rules.

Windstream Communications is currently experiencing outages throughout the area, according to a press release from the Kerrville Police Department. Windstream administrative phone lines will be down for an unknown period of time due to a fiber cut outside the immediate area, and they are working to repair the issue as quickly as possible.
