Bandera County phone lines down due to fiber cut

The Bandera County Sheriff’s Office released a statement overnight confirming that phone lines in the county are down due to a fiber cut. According to a press release, fire departments and the EMS station are being manned and can radio information to Dispatch for all emergency situations.

Individuals able to make emergency calls will have their calls rerouted to secondary 911answering services.

BCSO will update citizens with an estimate of time for repairs when it becomes available.
