Kerrville Planning and Zoning Commision rezones property south of Riverhill

The Kerrville Planning and Zoning Commission met last Thursday, April 7, and unanimously voted to recommend approval of a request that will rezone a portion of the property south of Riverhill from “RE” to “R-3”.
This change will allow for a planned development of up to 368 multi-story apartment “affordable” units to be constructed.
This action forwards the request to the City Council who will vote on it in two upcoming sessions.
