Kerrville Police Department Drug Take-Back event happening Saturday

Drug Take-Back at Kerrville PD.  On Saturday, from 10 AM to 2 PM, KPD will be joining forces with the Drug Enforcement Administration, providing a safe venue for persons to dispose of unwanted and unused prescription drugs or over-the-counter medications. 

Citizens can take their unused meds to the Kerrville Police Dept. located at 429 Sidney Baker. 

This is a drive-through process.  Intra-venous solutions, medications delivered by injection, and syringes will NOT be accepted due to the potential hazard posed by blood-borne pathogens. 

Other items not being accepted include toothpaste, mouthwash, and over-the-counter vitamins and dietary supplements.  For more info, call (830) 258-1371.
