Kerrville area parks offering plenty of options this Father’s Day weekend

The City of Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department has announced they will be offering several promotions scheduled for this weekend in lieu of Father’s Day.

On Sunday, June 19, dads get in free at the Kerrville Olympic Pool and Kerrville-Schreiner Park with a paid child’s admission.  Children ages four-years and older pay just $1 at the Olympic Pool, and the fee for a child’s day pass at the park is $2.

The Olympic Pool will be open from 12 – 6 p.m.. and the park is open for day use from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.  In addition, the Scott Schreiner Golf Course is offering a 15% off promotion on all merchandise on Sunday, June 19.
