The Texas Round Up Animal Alliance will be hosting their first open house adoption event on Saturday, March 4 at their rescue center, 530 McDonald Loop, Center Point, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. TRUAA is a 501c3 non-profit dog rescue organization whose sole purpose is to rescue dogs that are at high risk of euthanasia, surrendered or abandoned. After spending time with each dog, administering vaccinations and providing training, the organization seeks to give these dogs a second chance at life.

TRUAA does not adopt out based on a first-come basis, but attempts to find the best fit for every dog and a potential future family. If there are other dogs already living at an adopter’s’ home, proof of current vaccinations are required.
