Women’s XC Competes at SCAC Championship

KERRVILLE, TX: The Schreiner University Women’s Cross Country team traveled to Seguin, Texas, to compete in the 2023 SCAC Championship, hosted by Texas Lutheran University.

The Mountaineers only traveled two runners who competed as individuals at the SCAC Championship event.

• Melanie Gonzales finished in 63rd place with a total time of 31:03.076 and an average pace time of 8:20.
• Madicella Stockton finished in 67th place with a total time of 34:05.893 and an average pace time of 9:09.

Due to, Schreiner not fielding a complete Women’s Cross Country roster, they were ineligible for any team placings.
