JAM BROADCASTING’S “SENDING THE HILL COUNTRY TO MEXICO” 2025

CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

A complete copy of these rules can be obtained by contacting radio station JAM Broadcasting
(collectively, “Station”), 2125 Sidney Baker St, Kerrville, TX 78028 during available business hours
Monday through Friday, on the Station’s website www.JAMBroadcasting.com, or by sending a self-
addressed, stamped envelope to the above address.
The Station will conduct the JAM Broadcasting “Sending The Hill Country To Mexico” Contest (the
“Contest”) substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each entrant agrees as follows:
1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF
WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL REGULATIONS APPLY. Eligibility.
This Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, excluding dual Florida and New York residents, age
twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry with a valid Passport book, who have not won a prize
from the Station in the last 14 days or a prize valued at $500 or more in the last 90 days, and whose
immediate family members or household members have not won a prize from the Station valued at
$500 or more in the last 90 days Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Station, JAM Broadcasting
LLC, its parent company, affiliates, related entities and subsidiaries, promotional sponsors, prize
providers, advertising agencies, other radio stations serving the Station’s DMA, and the immediate
family members and household members of all such employees are not eligible to participate. The term
“immediate family members” includes spouses, parents and stepparents, siblings and stepsiblings, and
children and stepchildren. The term “household members” refers to people who share the same
residence at least three (3) months out of the year. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state,
and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to
these Official Rules and Station’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the
Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. Contest Period. The Contest entry period will begin at 6:00am CST on Monday, January 20, 2025 and
will run through 4:00pm CST on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). The Station’s
computer is the official time keeping device for this Contest.
3. How to Enter. Visiting one of the participating businesses (the “Sponsors”), filling out an entry and
dropping in the supplied, official registration box to be entered for a chance to win the Grand Prize (as
defined below) after providing the Station the listener’s name and phone number, subject to verification
and compliance with these Contest Rules (each a “Qualifier) . Station’s decisions as to the administration
and operation of the Contest and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all
matters related to the Contest. Failure to verify winner’s eligibility may result in disqualification and
forfeiture of the prize. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
4. Winner Selection. On or about 5:00 pm CST on February 26, 2025 Station will select one (1) potential
winner in a random drawing from among all valid Qualifiers. The winning entrant will be contacted using
the telephone number provided with the entry and may be awarded the prize (subject to verification of
eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules). Station’s decisions as to the administration and
operation of the Contest and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters
related to the Contest. Failure to respond to the initial verification contact within three (3) hours of

notification or failure to show proof of Passport book or age requirement by May 2, 2025 will result in
disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

5. Verification of Potential Winner. THE ELIGIBILITY OF ALL POTENTIAL CONTEST WINNERS IS SUBJECT TO
VERIFICATION BY STATION WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO
THE CONTEST. The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these
Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner may be
notified by telephone call after the date of random drawing and/or winner determination. The potential
winner will be required to sign and return to Station, within three (3) days of the date notice is sent, an
affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) to claim the prize, if
applicable. A winner who returns the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release will be deemed
to have accepted the contest prize and thereafter will not be permitted to rescind their acceptance of
the prize and/or return the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the
affidavit of eligibility and/or the liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable),
or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In the
event that the potential winner of a prize is disqualified for any reason, Station may award the
applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
6. Prizes. There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded in this Contest. The Grand Prize winner will receive a
trip for two (2) people (the winner and one (1) guests) to Cabo san Lucas, Mexico, to include: (i) round-
trip airfare from Austin International Airport to/from Cabo san Lucas International Airport for winner
and one (1) guests (non transferable); and (ii) seven (7) nights hotel accommodations at Hotel Riu Santa
Fe All-Inclusive Resort. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($3,200).
Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use. Any difference between the
above stated ARV and the actual retail value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Winner will be
informed of the Actual Retail Value at the time the Grand Prize is redeemed. Winner acknowledges that
winner will be provided a 1099 on the actual retail value. Odds of winning a prize depend on a number
of factors including the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period and listeners
participating at any given time. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except
that the Station may, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, substitute prizes of
comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include
taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Any tickets and/or gift certificates/cards awarded as part of a
prize will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the issuer and are valid only on the date(s)
printed on the tickets or gift certificates/cards. Other restrictions may apply. Should the winner be
unable to travel for any reason, including but not limited to failure to obtain documentation necessary
for the trip as required by the authorities concerned, winner immediately forfeits the Grand Prize and at
that time, Station may select an alternate winner in its sole and exclusive discretion and in compliance
with these Contest Rules. Trip must be taken June 2, 2025. Winner and guest must travel on the same
itinerary. Winner’s guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. If winner elects to partake in
any or all portions of winner’s Grand Prize with fewer than one (1) guest, the Grand Prize will be
awarded to winner and each participating guest and any remainder of the Grand Prize will be forfeited
and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Grand Prize must be
redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption.

Grand Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein in the
Station’s sole discretion. If the Grand Prize is temporarily postponed or permanently cancelled due to
disease, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, any acts of government and/or any reason that is beyond the
control of Station, then no substitution shall be provided by Station. Station assumes no responsibility of
any nature whatsoever for any postponement, delay or cancellation of the flight or any other
component of the trip or of any other transportation, amenity or benefit which is part of the trip for any
reasons whatsoever, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, equipment breakdown or other
causes beyond its control.
7. Entry Conditions and Release. By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by
these Official Rules and the decisions of the Station, which are binding and final in all matters relating to
this Contest; (b) release and hold harmless CP Travel, Inc., Station, and each of their affiliated
companies, participating sponsors, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for
sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Contest, and each of their respective
past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released
Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to
negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of
privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or
other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark,
copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out
of or relating to a entrant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the
Contest, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the
broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released
Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’
fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant's participation in the Contest and/or entrant’s acceptance,
use, non-use or misuse of the prize.
8. Publicity. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s consent to use by the Station and its agent
of entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, entry, and/or biographical information
(including hometown and state) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further
payment or consideration, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
9. Taxes. All State, Local, Federal and/or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees
for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize or prizes
valued $600 or more in any given year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings.
10. General Conditions. Station reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any
part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Station’s reasonable control impairs
the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Station in its sole discretion. Station
reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry
process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or acting in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the
legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an
attempt be made, Station reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent
permitted by law. Station’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a
waiver of that provision.

11. Limitations of Liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate
information, whether caused by Station, entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but
not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or
software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (d)
technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of
entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in
whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use, non-use or misuse of any
prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that a production, technical,
programming or other error causes more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules
to be claimed, Station reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing
among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
12. Disputes. Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or
connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any
5 form of class action; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected
with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court
or the appropriate state court located in the Station’s listening area; (c) any and all claims, judgments
and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with
entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (d) under no circumstances will entrant be
permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and
consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any
and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW
THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE
ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and
Station in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of the state in which the Station is located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of
law rules (whether of the state in which the Station is located or any other jurisdiction), which would
cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state in which the Station is located.
13. Entrant’s Personal Information. Information collected from entrants is subject to Station’s Privacy
Policy, which is available on the Station’s website under the “Privacy Policy” link. All entry blanks, forms,
devices, and materials gathered during the course of entry, as well as all information contained therein,
shall become the sole property of Station to be used, disposed of or destroyed in its sole discretion.
Station is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered by website users, and
assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to Station’s
website.
14. Contest Results. A winners list may be obtained within thirty (30) days after the Contest Period
expires by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Station identified below. CONTEST

General Contests

By participating in a contest on Jam Broadcasting, LLC, 103.7 The Buck, 94.3 Rev-FM, 99.1 Mike FM and/or its’ website or social media accounts, entrants agree to the specific rules, terms and conditions provided for that particular contest as stated, either in addition to or in place of the Official General Contest Rules given here.

When entering any contest, only one entry per person per email address or phone number. Duplicates will be deleted.

ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS OF WINNING: No purchases necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. Odds of winning will vary depending on number of participants. All participants must be at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. resident.

Employees of Jam Broadcasting, LLC, 103.7 The Buck, 94.3 Rev-FM, 99.1 Mike FM to be known as “Jam Broadcasting”, Jam Broadcasting, LLC, affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies, contest sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, contest prize suppliers, participating advertisers and immediate family members of anyone so situated are not eligible.

Employees of any other radio station, television station and/or newspaper and immediate family members of those so situated are not eligible. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other familial extension, and any other persons residing at the same household location, whether or not related. Previous employees of the station are not eligible for 13 months after their termination or departure from the company.

If minors are permitted to participate in the contest, a parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor at the time of entry must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, and Jam Broadcasting reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of a minor.

HOW TO ENTER: All on-air contests will be given away in the manner in which specified by the on-air personality or other specific contest rules. This may include being instructed to call 830-895-8770 and being the ‘nth’ caller, texting the Jam Broadcasting texter at 51879, or through another form of on-air giveaway.

If contest allows for ‘entries’ then Except as otherwise provided in specific contest rules, entries may be submitted by telephone call, text message, fax, postal mail, email..

Contest entries must include entrant’s name, address, daytime telephone numbers and date of birth. All contest entries become the property of Jam Broadcasting and station may use any of the entries for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to the entrant.

RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: One entry per person. One winner, per any household. Potential winner is not limited in the number of times that person may ‘win’ a prize on a Jam Broadcasting station. Void where prohibited by law. Jam Broadcasting reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind.

The decision of Jam Broadcasting is final. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Jam Broadcasting, their subsidiaries and affiliates, their officers, directors, agents, insurers, and employees, and their advertising and promotional agencies and sponsors assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages, loss or injury resulting from participating in any contest or acceptance or use of any prize.

In consideration of participation in a contest, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Entrant, on Entrant’s behalf, and on behalf of Entrant’s heirs, successors or assigns, administrators and personal representatives, does hereby COVENANT NOT TO SUE, FULLY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE (i) Jam Broadcasting and each of their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and related entities, (iv) each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, insurers, attorneys and representatives, and (v) each predecessor, successor, and assign thereof, from and against any and all actions, charges, claims, losses, costs, damages, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) and liabilities of any kind or character, whether known or unknown, in connection with, arising out of or in any way related to Entrant’s participation in any contest.

If total cash prize value for the winner exceeds $599.99 for one fiscal year, the winner will be sent a 1099 form at the beginning of said year for U.S. Government tax purposes.

a. Telephone Entries. If a contest accepts telephone entries Jam Broadcasting and sponsors are not responsible for the inability of caller to complete the call during the call-in portion of the contest whether due to telephone equipment malfunctions; disconnections; busy lines; faulty, mis-transcribed, misdirected, or misdialed telephone communications; or other circumstances. Only calls to the designated telephone number will be eligible to win.

b. Text, Fax and Mail Entries. If a contest accepts text, fax or mail entries (postal or electronic), Jam Broadcasting and its’ sponsors are not responsible for the late, misdirected, lost, misplaced, illegible, mutilated or postage-due entries for any reason, including electronic or computer malfunctions that may affect the delivery or content of the entry, nor are they liable for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or hardware related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the contest.

c. Web Site Entries. In the event a contest accepts website entries, participants must accurately complete all required fields or entry will be deemed invalid. Jam Broadcasting and its’ sponsors shall have no liability for any malfunction of the Internet, Jam Broadcasting website or any other computer-related processor system.

Jam Broadcasting is not responsible for any prize offered or any aspect of any contest appearing on an advertiser’s web banner or hyperlink located on Jam Broadcasting website (http://jambroadcasting.com).

PRIZES: Prizes are specified within the contest. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Jam Broadcasting reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the awarded prize in unavailable for any reason. If tickets to a performance are awarded as a prize, Jam Broadcasting is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of the performance for any reason and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute the tickets for another prize should the performance not be rescheduled or vouchers not issued.

Furthermore, Jam Broadcasting is not responsible for cancellations or delays in travel accommodations and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute any tickets awarded as a part of a travel prize due to such cancellations or delays.

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE: Winners will be selected as described in the specific rules of each contest. Winners agree to appear at Jam Broadcasting studios to claim the prize, unless alternate arrangements are made or outlined in each contests specific rule.

Jam Broadcasting address is 2125 Sidney Baker, 2nd Floor, Kerrville, TX, 78028 and prizes may only be claimed between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

In the event that a prize is mailed to the winner, pursuant to winner’s prior consent, winner assumes the risk of the prize’s safe arrival. Winners must provide proof of age, photo identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. The only accepted types of photo identification are government issued photo identifications, including a valid driver’s license or United States passport. Jam Broadcasting reserves the right to deny awarding the prize if the winner fails to provide satisfactory identification, as determined in Jam Broadcasting has sole discretion. In addition, winners may be asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility, indemnification and release of liability before any prize is awarded. If the prize is travel tickets, travel partners, if any, must meet age eligibility requirements and may also be asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility, indemnification and release of liability prior to awarding the prize. Failure to execute any of these documents or comply with any of the terms will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Winners have thirty (30) days from the date their name is first announced on the air, or by other disclosed mode of public dissemination, or the day of contact that prize(s) have arrived and are now available to claim and pick up their prize. Failure to claim and pick up prize within this time for any reason will result in forfeiture of the prize. Jam Broadcasting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award unclaimed prizes to alternate contestants or not to award the unclaimed prizes.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes (including any sales taxes) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prior to the delivery of any prize, Jam Broadcasting reserves the right to collect from the winner any taxes it deems appropriate. Any person winning over $600 in total cash and/or prizes during any one calendar year period will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. Any additional costs relating to the prizes and incurred as a result of accepting the prizes, is the sole responsibility of the winner.

DISQUALIFICATION AND PENALTIES: All participants agree to be bound by these rules. Jam Broadcasting, in its sole discretion, further reserves the right to disqualify any person for (i) violating any of these rules, (ii) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Jam Broadcasting website, (iii) gaining an unfair advantage in participating in the contest, (iv) obtaining winner status using fraudulent means, or (v) engaging in otherwise unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior. Furthermore, any resale or auction or attempt to resell or auction of Jam Broadcasting complimentary prizes, if any, will result in disqualification for all future Jam Broadcasting, LLC contests.

ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, JAM BROADCASTING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Unless prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Jam Broadcasting and contest sponsors, without any further obligation to the contest participant, to use participant’s name, voice, biographical data and likeness for promotional purposes.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These rules apply to all Jam Broadcasting sponsored contests unless modified or superseded by rules written for a specific contest, or if inapplicable for such a promotion or contest. In the event any specific contest rule conflicts with any of the general rules provided above, the specific contest rules prevail. Jam Broadcasting reserves the right in its sole discretion to supplement or make changes to the rules of any contest at any time without notice. Jam Broadcasting reserves the right in its sole discretion to interpret the rules of any contest, and such interpretation shall be binding upon all participants.

Jam Broadcasting shall not be responsible for any administrative errors involved in the execution of any contest. 1. To Enter: Listen to 99.1 The Buck, weekdays from August 14 to Friday August 16
from 7am-10am and from 3pm-6pm for your chance to win a pair of tickets to see Chris
Stapleton Live in Concert on August 24th at Minute Maid Park in Houston Texas with
special guests Miranda Lambert and Grace Potter. Each weekday there will be a
different song by Chris Stapleton played in between 7am-10am and 3pm-6pm. Listeners

Only one (1) entry per day allowed. Each listener can submit a total of (8) eight entries.
One grand prize winner will be selected at the end of the contest and (4) prize winners
will be selected. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets and the Grand Prize winner
will receive two (2) tickets and a night's stay in a hotel in Houston Texas. Registration
begins Monday, August 14th at 7:00 am and ends Friday, August 16th at 6:00 p.m.
Winners will be chosen and contact via telephone on Friday August 16th after 6:00 p.m.
2. Eligibility/Miscellaneous: All Entrants must reside in the KZAH listening area and
be physically present in the U.S. as of the date of entry through and including the date
of awarding prize, and be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Any individuals
(including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and
interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for JAM
Broadcasting, LLC and any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling,
administering, advertising or promoting the contest supplying the prize, and/or their
respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate
family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play.
"Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children,
siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share
the same residence at least three months a year. By entering this contest, entrants agree
to be bound by contest rules and by decisions of Sponsors, which are final as to all
contest-related matters. In addition, by participating in this contest and accepting any
prize that they may win, entrants agree to release JAM Broadcasting, LLC and all
sponsors, each of the respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and

employees, as well as each of the respective successors, representatives and assigns
(collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or
damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest
and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants also authorize the Released Parties to
use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data and city and state of residence in
programming or promotional material or on a winner’s list (if applicable), as well as
the cards submitted without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Void
where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All
submissions become the sole property of JAM Broadcasting, LLC, and the Sponsor of
this promotion, and will not be returned. By entering or accepting the prize in this
contest, the winners agree to conform to all applicable federal, state and local laws. All
licenses, registrations, federal, state and local taxes and tariffs are the winners'
responsibility.
3. Four lucky winners and one Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from
all entries with the correct Chris Stapleton song names. All winners will be selected
Friday, August 16th after 6:00 p.m.. Winners will be notified by telephone. To claim
prize, winner must provide proof of age, identity, and residency. If for any reason,
prizes are not claimed or winner is disqualified, prizes will be awarded to an alternate
winner, selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted. Unclaimed
prizes become property of JAM Broadcasting 48 hours before the event.
4. Prizes and Odds: The following prize will be awarded to the winners: (4) winners
will receive: Two tickets to see Chris Stapleton Live in Concert on August 24th at
Minute Maid Park in Houston Texas with special guests Miranda Lambert and Grace
Potter. Prize valued at $150. (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive two tickets to see
Chris Stapleton Live in Concert on August 24th at Minute Maid Park in Houston Texas
with special guests Miranda Lambert and Grace Potter and overnight hotel
accomodations. Prize valued at $450. All decisions are final. Odds of winning depend
on the number of eligible callers received.
5. Reservation of Rights: JAM Broadcasting reserves the right to cancel, terminate
or modify this Contest in the event that this Contest is not capable of being conducted
or completed as planned for any reason. If the Contest is cancelled or terminated,
notification will be posted at JAM Broadcasting.com. In the event that an individual
attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest, Sponsor, in addition to
disqualifying such person from participating in this Contest, reserves the right to seek
damages and all other available remedies (whether at law or in equity) against him/her.
