Deputies from the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Hill Country Youth Ranch for a report of a staff member having alleged inappropriate contact with child victims residing on the property, which led to the investigation of one of their employees being arrested.
Alexandra Galindo, 30, was arrested in Tom Green County after an investigation allegedly led to the uncovering of digital evidence of Galindo having a romantic and sexual relationship with at least two children between the ages of 13-15 years old.
The investigation showed additional digital evidence depicting Galindo having inappropriate, non-sexual relationships with multiple other children where she was providing alcohol, nicotine vape pens, and narcotics to children, according to the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office.
Galindo had lived in a cabin for children who live and attend school at HCYR for the past three years.
According to a press release, investigators were able to uncover evidence displaying interactions with Galindo and numerous minors.
After further investigation, KCSO chose to seek warrants for the offense of Sexual Performance of a Child, a second-degree felony, and a second warrant issued for the preservation and dignity of the State of Texas. The second warrant is to imply that Galindo’s behavior is an immediate risk and danger to children.
Galindo was taken into custody with CID Investigators and Texas Rangers without incident on a $100,000 bond in Tom Green County and later extradited back to Kerr County. Galindo remains in custody pending the completion of the investigation.
