The Kerr County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Division arrested numerous individuals on charges related to organized crime following a recent drug investigation. KCSO obtained two arrest warrants for Thomas Paul Tucker, 43, of Ingram, for an ongoing drug investigation stemming from a prior search warrant executed in the 200 block of Childs Street in Ingram. Tucker was arrested on two counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He has since been booked into the Kerr County Jail on bonds totaling $200,000.
In the days following Tucker’s arrest, investigators discovered that the suspect had in his possession an unknown amount of narcotics at a Kerr County residence. The ongoing investigation later revealed that three additional individuals, 28-year-old Jacy Leigh Rogers, of Kerrville, Brian Keith Williams, 41, of Ingram, and Ingram resident Jason Thomas Robert Stumpf, 44, had been working together in an attempt to remove the narcotics and sell them at a later date, according to a press release.
KCSO conducted a search in the 100 block of 7th Street in Ingram in which investigators recovered 6.4 pounds of marijuana packaged into various weight groups. Following the search, investigators obtained additional felony warrants for Engaging in Organized Crime. Bonds set for these suspects have been set for $50,000 each.
Investigators arrested two more people on February 27 in relation to this original crime. Alyson Faith Jeffers, 19, of Ingram, and 22-year-old Ethan Martin Jeffers, of Kerrville, were arrested and later booked into the Kerr County Jail on one count each of Engaging in Organized Crime.
“Organized criminal activity has no place in our county. This extensive network of people willing to move and sell drugs, even while under active investigation, reveals the determination among those surrounding the drug trade,” said Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha.
