Deadline for Fredericksburg parade entries is Wednesday

The deadline for parade entries for Fredericksburg’s Fourth of July procession is 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 2.  Interested participants can apply for free online at www.fbgtx.org.

The parade will begin lining up behind the Gillespie County Courthouse at 8 a.m. and will proceed east on Main Street to the intersection of Main and Washington Street.  It will U-turn there and go west to Bowie Street.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or park a vehicle along the route to enjoy the parade.
