On June 2, the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics with the assistance of KCSO Deputies and KCSO Criminal Investigations Division arrested three individuals in Ingram for drug possession and delivery after recently receiving information that drugs were being used and sold in the 100 block of Third Street in Ingram. In the warrant service, KCSO Narcotics seized approximately 19 grams of methamphetamine, along with marijuana, drug paraphernalia, packaging, digital scales and cell phones.
During the investigation, investigators also discovered three catalytic converters in the bed of a pickup truck. Investigators are currently looking into a possible connection to area catalytic converter thefts.
Kristopher Edwards Morris, 42, of Ingram, was arrested on an outstanding felony drug warrant after a brief attempt to hide at the residence. He is currently being held without bond at the Kerr County Jail.
Julie Anne Ivy, 40, of Ingram, was arrested at the residence on charges of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. She is currently being held on a $50,000 bond at the Kerr County Jail.
Chanda Chellew Muller, 44, of Ingram, was found to be in possession of less than a gram of methamphetamine and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond for Ms. Muller has not been set.
According to a KCSO press release, during the investigation, all three suspects admitted to the sale of methamphetamine to other individuals.
Two additional individuals at the property at the time of the arrests, William Curtis Roberts and Halley Anne Mills, may face charges for possession and/or delivery of controlled substances. As with all criminal cases, charges may be added or modified prior to trial and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
“Our investigators continue to take daily action against drug dealers in Kerr County. We are pleased to secure a felony fugitive and remove this link in the drug supply chain and will continue our campaign against drugs and property crimes that surround them,” said Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha.
