Annie’s Helping Hands Foundation offering assistance this week in Center Point

Annie’s Helping Hands Foundation is offering recovery assistance this week at the Center Point Area Historical Preservation Association for those whose businesses were impacted by the recent flooding, according to the organization’s Facebook page.

Volunteers are available this week, Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., to help residents and business owners navigate recovery assistance programs using on-site computers.  Additionally, Mercy Chefs has been on hand serving hot meals, and emotional support is available through local churches.  Muck-out buckets and cleaning supplies are also being distributed.

If possible, individuals are asked to bring photos of their flood damage to help with the recovery process.
