City of Fredericksburg updates Recycling Center hours

The City of Fredericksburg has announced its hours for the city’s Recycling Center.

Monday-Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Thursday: Closed for processing

Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Saturday: 8 a.m. – noon

Sunday: Closed

Additionally, the city says that leaves and grass clippings may be dropped off at any time at the city’s designated yard waste drop-off site (located immediately next door to the Recycling Center) free of charge. The yard waste drop-off site is not intended for commercial use, and dumping of rocks, brush, limbs, sticks, and other non-compliant material at this site is prohibited.
