City of Kerrville offices, library to close for July 4 holiday

The City of Kerrville municipal offices, the Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library, and the City secretary’s office will be closed Thursday, July 4 in observance of the July 4th Independence Day Holiday.  Anyone needing assistance can email City Secretary Shelley McElhannon at

Municipal offices and the library will resume regular business hours on Friday, July 5.

All city parks and facilities, including the Olympic Pool, Carver Park Spray ground and the Parks and Recreation office at Kerrville-Schreiner Park, will remain open on Independence Day.
