Fredericksburg Car Fest returns to Fredericksburg Saturday

The Fredericksburg Car Fest is returning to Fredericksburg on Saturday, June 5th, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., with over 150 classic cars on display at Marktplatz. This will be the 16th year for the show, which is put on by the Fredericksburg Masonic Lodge #794 and benefits numerous charitable activities including scholarships at Fredericksburg and Harper High Schools.

This year’s event will feature the debut of the New Car Expo which features the latest vehicles from leading dealers such as Jeep, Jaguar, Land Rover and Porsche. Additionally, many new car dealers from all over the Hill Country will be attending the activities and are available for answering questions regarding the latest news within the industry.

Also expected at this year’s Car Fest are first responders, who will be sharing with the public some of the specialized vehicles used “on the job.” Those first responders present during Saturday’s activities will also be selecting a classic car to receive the “First Responders Choice” award.
