The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to be on the lookout for a subject who fled on foot after a traffic stop on Interstate 10.

At approximately 6:11 a.m., January 11, deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle, which led to a pursuit after the driver did not stop, according to a KCSO press release. The vehicle was eventually disabled and stopped near mile marker 521 of IH 10.

KCSO reports that the subject proceeded to take off on foot and has not yet been apprehended.

The driver is described as being an Hispanic male, approximately 5’7″ and weighing roughly 220 pounds. The subject was last seen wearing a black, shiny jacket, with a grey hood and blue jeans.

Anyone with any information regarding the subject’s whereabouts is asked to call the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office at (830) 249-9721.
