The Kerr County Federal Credit Union has announced its core banking system is ‘back up and running,’ according to a statement on their Facebook page. The Credit Union said that its core processing provider continues to work on restoring online and mobile banking services. Additionally, members will be notified as soon as those services become available.
ACH transactions have been posted and KCFCU team members are currently working to post the transactions that were processed manually during the recent outage. All manually processed transactions are expected to be posted today.
KCFCU members have been unable to use services such as online banking, debit cards, perform ATM transactions and account access due to a nationwide issue with the core processing provider, which affected multiple credit unions this week. Members are assured that this was not a data breach or security incident, and member information was not compromised.
