The Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library is set to host its next installment of “Movie Chat,” a program which shares a similar format to book clubs, but with a cinematic twist. Participants can check out a DVD copy of this month’s featured film, “The Imitation Game,” starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Kiera Knightly, at the circulation desk to watch at their convenience prior to the discussion.
The event will take place on Wednesday, January 15 at 3:30 p.m. in the library’s conference room. Guests can participate in a thought-provoking discussion exploring the significant themes and concepts raised by the film.
Movie Chat meets regularly on the third Wednesday of the month. The program is free and registration is not required. For more information, call (830) 258-1274, or visit the city’s website at www.kerrvilletx.gov.
