Kerrville Pets Alive! is working to reunite lost pets with their respective owners and will be waiving all reclaim fees. Many animals have been displaced this past week due to the extreme winter weather.

Currently, there are over 18 displaced pets at Kerr County Animal Services. In addition to waived fees, KPAS! is offering free microchip for reclaimed pets.

KPA!’s office is located at 414 Clay Street, Kerrville, and will be open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. for the next several days. Pet owners needing supplies and/or assistance can email info@kerrvillepetsalive.com.

Kerr County Animal Services will be open to the public beginning 9 a.m., Saturday, February 20. Anyone needing more information can call (830) 257-3100.

Anyone interested in donating supplies to KPA! or KCAS can visit kerrvillepetalive.org or the KPA! Facebook page. Mailed donations can be sent to 317 Sidney Baker Street, Suite 400, PMB 345, Kerrville, TX 78028.

Kerrville Pets Alive! is a non-profit organization whose mission is to save local animals by providing education, resources and support for Kerr County.
