Kerrville-Schreiner Park gearing up for “End of Summer Shindig”

The Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department is gearing up for the end of summer by hosting the “End of Summer Shindig” celebration on Saturday, August 5, at the Kerrville-Schreiner Park Riverfront from 3-6 p.m. The event includes free paddleboard and kayak rentals, yard games, and food trucks. The event is free and open to the public.

Additionally, the Kerrville-Schreiner Park is waiving entry fees to the park for the entire day (August 5) from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The park has over 13 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as access to the Guadalupe River.
