Paws & Peace: a Wellness Fundraiser for TRUAA

A wellness fundraiser is being held for Texas Round Up Animal Alliance on October 11, from 12-3 p.m. at Potterosa Barn in Comfort.  Tickets are $40 in advance or $50 at the door.  Attendees can bring their own yoga mats or reserve a mat for $20 while supplies last.

The event will offer chair massages by Basic Body Kneads from noon-2 p.m., a 45-minute yoga session with Blue Heron Yoga from 1-1:45 p.m., and snacks and mimosas.  Additionally, there will be adorable TRUAA dogs looking for their forever homes.  All proceeds from the event benefit TRUAA.

TRUAA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill rescue organization dedicated to saving dogs at high risk of euthanasia, as well as those who have been surrendered or abandoned, and placing them in loving forever homes.  TRUAA actively partners with local communities across the Texas Hill Country and beyond, relying on foster networks and volunteers.
