Recyclops, a curbside recycling company, will begin offering their services to Kerr County residents beginning April 14. The company’s services includes the bi-monthly removal of plastics, cardboard, aluminum and paper products for customers who sign up for the service through an online registration site.

According to a press release, Recyclops uses a “tech-driven, smart-routing app and local drivers.” Annual subscriptions are available for $144 and monthly options are available for $12.

A Recyclops representative spoke to the Kerr County Commissioners Court in March about the possibility of the company helping out with the recycling needs of Kerr County residents. Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly endorsed the idea but still will continue monitoring that both county residents and the company feel this is a good fit for the community.

Anyone interested in registering for the service should visit: recyclops.com/signup/new-customer-pre-signup/.
