The Kerr County Sheriff's Office (KCSO) arrested two individuals on Tuesday, May 4, in Ingram on charges for drug possession and delivery of 17.82 grams of methamphetamine. KCSO Narcotics Investigators were assisted by DPS Criminal Investigations Division, the Gillespie County Sheriff's Office Narcotics and DPS Highway Patrol. The Texas House passed legislation that would create a statewide public camping ban Thursday in an 88-56 vote. HB 1925 would create a Class-C misdemeanor for individuals who knowingly camp in a public place and punish local governments that do not enforce the plan.
