The Kerrville Police Department and Kerrville Pets Alive! have posted pictures of five dogs looking to be adopted in Kerr County after a multiple dog surrender to Kerr County Animal Services. There is no required “hold time” for owner surrenders, and the press release states that the dogs’ lives are in jeopardy.

KCAS is a county taxpayer funded facility with limited resources and space. KPA! is a nonprofit animal charity which was formed to help assist KCAS with resources, adoption and rescue support and volunteers.

The $50 adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccination, microchipping and county registration fees. KCAS is located at 3600 TX-534 Loop, in Kerrville.
