Stonewall Chamber of Commerce to host Meet/Greet with FISD School Board candidates Tuesday night

The Stonewall Chamber of Commerce is scheduled to host a “meet-and-greet” with the Fredericksburg School Board candidates Tuesday, April 12, at 6 p.m. at the Stonewall Chamber, 250 Peach Street.
All six candidates are expected to be in attendance along with the PAC School Bond Board and members of the FISD Education Foundation.
FISD candidates will be available to field questions, address the upcoming bond and light refreshments will be available.

During Monday night’s FISD Board of Trustees meeting, the board approved 26 members for the 2021-22 School Health Advisory Councils (SHAC).
The board also reviewed updated designs for a new middle school which is included in the district’s proposed 2022 bond.
