More evidence has come to light against a former teacher accused of filming students changing. Pedro De Luna III, initially arrested on Dec. 1, 2025, for invasive video recording, faces additional legal troubles as the Gillespie County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division (GSCO-CID) uncovers more evidence against him.
On Dec. 5, 2025, investigators revealed that De Luna had several recordings of young females stored on a digital cloud, which was accessed legally with a warrant. The investigation found that De Luna had video recordings from a theater dressing and changing room at Harper High School. This discovery prompted the issuance of six additional warrants for his re-arrest.
The GSCO-CID is actively reaching out to the parents of those potentially affected by this investigation. Harper ISD Administration and Harper ISD Chief C. Arredondo are collaborating closely with investigators to address the situation.
According to the initial arrest affidavit, De Luna was arrested for allegedly attempting to conceal a camera and film an underage girl changing inside his home. When initially questioned by police, De Luna denied the accusations. However, upon inspection, police allegedly found data and internet searches that align with the allegations from the victim and her mother.
De Luna remains in custody, facing three charges of invasive visual recording, as well as three charges of Possession/Production of Certain Visual Material Depicting Children.
