Ethan Costello chipped in a double and two RBIs, while Austin Mueller added an RBI to help pace the Schreiner offense.On the mound, Tanner Beck got the start for the Mountaineers, working 4.1 innings and striking out three. The Schreiner bullpen shut the door late as Nolan Sauceda delivered 2.1 scoreless innings in relief, allowing just two hits while striking out one. Logan Sifuentes closed out the game to secure the 7–6 victory.

Ethan Costello added two hits and scored a run, while Kale Lackey recorded a double and crossed the plate once.Schreiner also received run production from JD Blair, Nate Barrera, and Jacob Gonzales. Gonzales drove in two runs, while Blair and Barrera each added an RBI to keep the Mountaineers within striking distance throughout the game.On the mound, Trey Bennett provided a solid outing in relief for the Mountaineers, tossing three scoreless innings with three strikeouts. Carson Romero followed with a clean inning and two strikeouts to keep Schreiner within a run late.Despite the late push, the Mountaineers were unable to overcome the early deficit as Howard Payne held on for the one-run victory to even the series.

JD Blair added two RBIs, while Daniel Rodriguez scored three times and drove in a run.At the top of the lineup, Shawn Rivera continued his strong weekend, finishing 2-for-4 with two runs scored, two walks, and a stolen base. Nate Barrera and Jacob Gonzales also contributed RBIs as Schreiner plated 12 runs on 10 hits and drew 10 walks.On the mound, Henry Sepulveda provided a key relief outing, tossing 3.1 innings while allowing just one run and striking out four to stabilize the game. Daniel Cardenas followed with 1.2 scoreless innings, and Logan Sifuentes closed out the contest to help seal the 12–9 win.
