Kerr County property owners who have questions surrounding an agricultural use questionnaire recently mailed by the Kerr Central Appraisal District are invited to an upcoming town hall meeting.  The informational meeting will be hosted by Kerr County Commissioner (Pct. 4) Don Harris on Wednesday, March 27, at 6 p.m. at the Hill Country Youth Event Center, 3785 T 27 in Kerrville.

KCAD Chief Appraiser Sharon Constantinides, RPA, CCA, has confirmed that she, appraisal deputy Jason Parades, RPA, and agricultural appraiser Annie Edenfield, RPA, CCA, will all be in attendance at the meeting to help provide information and answer questions.  “We are offering this as a public service, so that we can assist land owners and lease operators in knowing how to fill out their forms,” said Harris.  Harris says that he has received numerous calls from land owners and hunting lease operators who are confused about how to complete the 2023 questionnaire.

Property owners who have already mailed in the questionnaire are also encouraged to attend the event.  “If anybody needs to correct a survey that they have already submitted to the district, they may come by the district office to make the corrections on the form,” Constantinides said.

The Kerr Central Appraisal District office is located at 212 Oak Hollow Drive in Kerrville.
