League of Women Voters is offering Voter 101

The League of Women Voters – Hill Country is offering Voter 101, a free class which centers around election information and voter education.  Interested individuals have two opportunities to attend this class, Tuesday, October 8, and again on Thursday, October 10.  Both sessions will be conducted at the Dietert Center, 451 Guadalupe Street in Kerrville, from 5:30-7:00 p.m.

The session will include the following information about the upcoming General/Presidential Election on November 5:

~ Early Voting

~ Election Day Voting

~ Voting by Mail

~ Provisional Voting

~ Voter Registration & Becoming a Volunteer Deputy Registrar (VDR)

~ Becoming a Poll Worker, Poll Watcher, or Poll Monitor

~ LWV VOTE411 and State/Local Voter Guides
