New music’s on the horizon for Nate Smith

The “World on Fire” singer recently teased a clip of an unreleased midtempo track, “Thieves.”

“New year. New music,” Nate captioned his Instagram Reel.

Nate sings in the song, “Another low from a high place/ Too stubborn to die/ Too broke to be broken/ Too lonely to cry/ Way out in the valley/ It looks like paradise/ But you can’t see the devil in the city light.”

“2025 ain’t ready yet,” Nate wrote via on-screen text in another Reel, which shows him bopping along to “Thieves.”

A release date hasn’t been revealed yet, but you can follow Nate’s socials to find out as soon as he announces it.

Nate’s climbing the country chart with “Fix What You Didn’t Break,” the latest single from his sophomore album, California Gold.
