Public reminded of fireworks scheduled for Friday’s Schreiner University graduation

Schreiner University has issued a public notice to inform residents that Schreiner University has been granted a permit to deploy fireworks on Friday, May 5, in a public display to celebrate its 2023 Spring Commencement. The fireworks are expected to begin following guest speaker Michaela Lehman’s commencement address and are expected to conclude no later than 10 p.m.

Citizens are reminded to make care arrangements for pets accordingly.
