The Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library is inviting everyone to stop by this week to enjoy a festive Fourth of July atmosphere.  The library is currently decked out in red, white and blue bunting and has a full-size reproduction of the Declaration of Independence and a hands-on puzzle version for curious minds to piece together.

The library is encouraging families to explore America’s founding history while taking a break from the heat and enjoying a meaningful and educational visit.

The display is open to the public during regular library hours.  This week, the library will be open through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.  The library will be closed on Friday, July 4 and open again Saturday, July 5.

For more information, contact the library’s reference desk at (830) 258-1274, or visit the city’s website at www.kerrvilletx.gov.
