~More than 250,000 Sloosh dive sticks are being recalled because they pose an impalement hazard to children, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.  The recall covers about 254,000 Sloosh dive sticks, contained in Sloosh water toys packages, with the model number 40041.

The recalled products were sold online at Amazon, Temu, Wayfair, Target Plus and SHEIN from February 2019 through October 2025 for between $17 and $22.  Consumers are urged to stop using the recalled dive sticks immediately.  To receive a replacement, consumers can take a photo of the discarded dive sticks in the trash and email the image to Joyin at support@joyin.com.  The company will provide redesigned replacement dive sticks that meet federal safety standards.

~Farm Rich Pizza Cheese Crunchers were recalled May 19 but were recently raised to a Class II classification by the FDA.  According to the notice, the manufacturer is recalling 6,408 cases of the pizza product because they might contain metal pieces.  The pizza products were distributed in 21 states, including Texas.

The recalled products can be identified by the lot/unit Numbers: 003029976.  They also have best-buy dates of 7/30/27 and UPC Code 041322652256.

~More than 1 million Jeep Wranglers and Gladiators have been recalled due to a wiring issue that could spark a vehicle fire, even if the vehicle is parked and ignition is off.  Owners of the Jeep models affected by the recall are encouraged to park outside and away from structures due to a risk that the vehicle could ignite.  According to the safety recall notice by the National Highway Traffic Safety, the electric hydraulic power steering pump wiring is at risk of overheating, which could cause a fire.

Per the safety recall, dealers will inspect and replace affected parts free of charge.  The NHTSA estimates 1,076,999 Jeep Wranglers and Jeep Gladiators for model years 2021-2025 may be affected.

~Honda has issued a recall for more than 880,000 vehicles over a risk that rear suspension components could fail, causing drivers to lose control of their vehicles.  The recall for an estimated 880,514 vehicles centers particularly on vehicles in several states where road salt is used to help clear pavement of ice.  The salt is believed to accelerate corrosion in the rear subframe, particularly at suspension mounting points, potentially causing the rear suspension to fail entirely.

The recall covers certain 2016-2022 Honda Pilot, 2017-2023 Ridgeline, 2019-2023 Passport and 2014-2020 Acura MDX vehicles.  Honda said it estimates that about 1% of the recalled vehicles have the defect, and no warranty claims or reports of injury or death have been cited.

Owners of the recalled vehicles will be contacted by mail and asked to visit a Honda or Acura dealer to inspect and, if needed, reinforce, repair or replace affected parts at no cost.
