The Kerrville Police Department arrested three suspects on Saturday, May 8, for an attempted theft of an ATM machine located at Guadalupe Bank, 1309 Bandera Highway, in Kerrville. The suspects were unsuccessful, fled from law enforcement, before finally being apprehended over the course of seven hours. Texas House passes HB 1900, punishing cities who ‘defund police’
