A 6-year-old child was found unresponsive in the bathroom of ExcellED Montessori School in Boerne on Friday, according to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office.  Employees called for emergency services, which began life-saving measures, and rushed her to the hospital in critical condition.  She was later pronounced dead at University Hospital. Boerne Middle School North Principal Daniel Owen resigned Wednesday, following his arrest last week for driving while intoxicated, according to school officials.  Owen was arrested by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office at around 4:30 a.m. Friday, June 6, on charges of driving while intoxicated and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
