A skunk tested positive for rabies in Fair Oaks Ranch, according to city officials.  In a Facebook post, the city of Fair Oaks Ranch said Animal Care Services confirmed the rabies case on Wednesday afternoon.  Authorities were dispatched and removed the animal at the Cibolo Trail entrance off of Battle Intense. Fredericksburg Music Academy orientation will be held on Tuesday, August 19 at 5:30 p.m.  The academy's after-school program for kindergarten through fifth-grade students is from 4-5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, starting from August 26 at Fredericksburg United Methodist Church, 1800 Llano St., in Fredericksburg.
