Gillespie County Commissioners on Monday appointed Jamey Vogel to fill the unexpired term of the late Steve McAnally on the Gillespie County Economic Development Commission.  Commissioners' also approved a contract to house Kendall County inmates at the Gillespie County Jail, making it the first county to agree to the recently-adjusted rates of $65 per day. The City of Kerrville and its contractor, M. C.
