As road conditions worsen for the third straight day, local law enforcement is pleading with residents to stay off of the roads until conditions are better. Out of an abundance of caution and based on weather forecasts for the week, Kerrville ISD has decided to make Tuesday, February 16 an inclement weather day for the district. Road conditions in the Texas Hill Country Saturday morning were much worse than Friday morning, as the ground was frozen and the ice began sticking to the roadways.
