KCSO arrests Bandera County man for soliciting sex from underage girl

A Bandera County man was arrested on allegations that he solicited sex online from an underage girl.  According to a press release, Matthew Louis Heimer, 33, of Pipe Creek, was arrested following an investigation by the Kerr County Sheriff's Office Special Operations Division.
