The Kerrville City Council held a ribbon cutting recently to kick off drainage improvements, part of the Master Drainage Improvement plan approved by City Council in 2019. Kerrville Pets Alive! is asking the public to consider adopting a cat or dog from the Kerr County Animal Shelter. The population at the shelter is at capacity.
