Most local county governmental offices will be closed on Monday, October 14, for the Columbus Day holiday.  Closing that day will be the Kerr County Courthouse, 700 Main Street in Kerrville, and the West Kerr County Courthouse Annex, 510 College Street in Ingram. The Kerr County Sheriff's Office arrested a suspect on October 6, at approximately 11:15 a.m., following a multi-county vehicle pursuit.  The Kimble County Sheriff's Office alerted KCSO deputies of an armed robbery that occurred minutes earlier in Junction and provided a description of the suspect, who fled eastbound on Interstate 10 in a white semi-truck and trailer. The Fredericksburg Food Pantry is currently seeking donations of food, funds and volunteers as it nears the winter season.
