Camp Mystic filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization on Wednesday, nearly a year after catastrophic floods killed 25 campers, two teenage counselors, and the camp director, Richard Eastland, at the all-girls Christian camp in Kerr County. Bandera County officials identified the woman who died Monday after floodwaters swept her and her vehicle into a creek.  Joelle Taylor, 53, was found in the vehicle near Lower Mason Creek Road and Chipman Lane.
