The Kerrville Public Utility Board has announced they are now accepting 2023 scholarship applications for eligible students seeking assistance for higher education.   KPUB will be awarding two full-time undergraduate scholarships amounting to $1,500 per year for a total of up to $6,000. KFD still seeking donations for matching grant The Kerrville Fire Department is still seeking donations to support an important need: a six-wheel, all-terrain vehicle.  Currently, the department has been using a golf cart, outfitted for emergency situations, when needed.  Due to its limitations, it can only be used effectively along the Kerrville River Trail.
