Temporary street closures Thursday due to Tivy Homecoming Parade

KCSO makes another arrest on drug and weapons charges

The Kerr County Sheriff's Office has made another arrest on drugs and weapons charges after receiving information about possible illegal narcotics coming into Kerr County with the intention of being sold, according to a press release.  The KCSO Special Operations Division Investigators were able to identify the suspected narcotics dealer and the individual's vehicle information, ultimately stopping the vehicle on Highway 27 near Center Point. Smoke testing to be performed on Kerrville sewer system on Wednesday and Thursday

The City of Kerrville's wastewater collections division will begin performing smoke testing on the sewer system in the Kerr South area Wednesday and Thursday, October 12-13, from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. each day.  The streets scheduled for testing include Trace, Rancho Oaks, Lydick, Quail Valley, Loyal Valley and Frederick.
