I-10 construction postponed again

TXDOT wants to remind weekend travelers that the scheduled Interstate 10 construction near Boerne has been postponed due to the weekend weather forecast which suggests more rain. TXDOT and its contractors have rescheduled the I-10 main lane closure at Main Street to June 11-14. Safe travels.

The Kerrville Independent School District has released a statement saying that per Governor Abbott's mandate released earlier today, Kerrville ISD will be lifting its current mask mandate. Kerr County COVID-19 stats continue to decrease

During the past week, the total number of active COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations in Kerr County has continued to decrease, according to Kerr County Emergency Management Coordinator Dub Thomas. Texas ending federal pandemic related unemployment in June

Governor Abbott has notified the U.S. Department of Labor that Texas will end its participation in pandemic-related federal unemployment compensation starting June 26. This includes ending a $300 weekly unemployment supplement from the federal program.
