City of Kerrville reduces its Safe Operating Capacity
The City of Kerrville has said it is reducing its safe operating capacity from 6 million gallons per day to 4.5 MGD due to the continuing decline of the Guadalupe River flow in Kerr County and the hot summer months still ahead.
