The New World screwworm has surfaced again in South Texas.  Federal agriculture officials confirmed the first case of the flesh-eating screwworm in a horse in Presidio County, near the Mexican border on Wednesday.  As of Sept. 9, this case was one of only two active cases in the country - the other involves a dog in Crockett County detected Aug. 31. Authorities arrested a San Antonio man accused of trafficking cocaine into Kerr County, according to the Kerr County Sheriff's Office.  Deputies identified the individual as 44-year-old Daniel Joseph Hinojosa. Hinojosa was charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance (four grams to 200 grams), which is considered a first-degree felony, the sheriff's office said.
